Carli White-Morgan, B.A.
she / her
Hello, My name is Carli and I am the Office Coordinator here at Freedom Within. I started here as the Client Care Coordinator, where I was on the front end helping our clients connect with our therapists and supporting therapists.
I am now continuing to support our current Client Care Coordinator in that role, while working to keep this ever growing ship sailing smoothly.
I have a strong interest in helping our staff and clients by managing the business side of things so that they can concentrate on the healing and growth process.
I have extensive experience with philosophy and research, as well as business and the arts. I love to bring all that creative history to solve the problems that come up in an environment such as this. We are dealing with the hearts and minds of people who have chosen to explore new ways of living. Being a human can be quite challenging, and I would like to use my experience to make life a little less challenging.
I have lived experience with mental health and well-being, my own and that of my family. I have personally found myself struggling to find help for my own anxiety and depression, and know the relief of change. I personally identify as queer, and am the mother of a trans child, and of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Finding a place of safety and support like I have found here at Freedom Within has been a gift.
More About Me…
I have had many career and life phases. I like to try new things, and sometimes they stick. I was a portrait and wedding photographer for over a decade, running my own studio. I have practiced yoga for over 20 years and love the healing it has brought to my mind/body. I am a painter and writer.
I barely graduated from high school and at 43 I graduated from University of California Riverside with a degree in Philosophy with High Honors and am now a member of Phi Beta Kappa. I didn’t even know what Phi Beta Kappa was until I was offered a membership.
