Hello! My name is Jackie Williams and I am the Practice Manager at Freedom Within. I am deeply committed to enhancing client and staff experiences by providing operational support.

I have over 20 years of experience in customer service with 10 years of experience in the Urgent Care space where my passion for problem-solving, relationship-building, and collaborative training grew. I believe that empathy is the cornerstone of a successful team and I strive to lead by example. I am very excited to apply my experience toward fostering a supportive experience for our clinicians, clients, and the community.

I was born in Fresno California but have lived in San Diego since I was a toddler. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my big family of siblings, reading, listening to music, and working on new craft projects.

Fun Fact: I have an identical twin sister!
