Kristina Clancy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has experience working with individuals and couples who desire to enhance their lives through personal relationships they have with themselves and others. For the last several years, Kristina has worked with San Diego County, providing mental health services to veterans, active duty, and military family members who struggle with martial injuries/challenges, trauma, PTSD, substance use, domestic violence, depression and anxiety.
Kristina has been a military spouse since 2000. Her lived military experience allows her to walk alongside her clients on their therapeutic journey, as they learn skills necessary for change. She offers a compassionate, client-centered approach, while creating a safe space to unveil and explore experiences, which have impacted the ability to sustain a meaningful and fulfilled life.
“I believe that YOU are doing the best you can with where you are at in life. Keeping this in mind, sometimes we can get caught up in fear, guilt and shame, which can fog the truth and keep us from living the life we desire.”
