Become a Site Supervisor at Freedom Within Therapy and Wellness Center!
We provide individual and couples therapy to adults. We do not see children in our practice. A large number of our clients are active duty military, Veterans, and young professionals. Our practice focuses on treating PTSD, trauma, anxiety, relationship concerns, postpartum and transitional issues. We have opportunities to see individual clients, practice couples therapy, and run groups for most types of clients.
As one of our Site Supervisors, you’ll work closely with our Clinical Director, supporting daily operations, mentoring/onboarding new team members, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. This role is ideal for a California-licensed clinician (PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) who enjoys a mix of clinical, administrative, and leadership responsibilities.
- Caseload: Maintain an average of 16 clients seen per week.
- Leadership: Serve as the liaison between staff and leadership alongside fellow Site Supervisor, supporting onboarding, training, and mentorship for new therapists. Meet monthly with team members to provide feedback, discuss cases, and support professional goals. Provide clinical oversight of therapists, and coverage for Clinical Director as needed. Provide Clinical Supervision as needed to Associates (if two years post licensure).
- Operations: Support the Clinical Director in planning and implementing procedures, updating policies, and tracking team metrics such as caseloads and client retention. Contribute to performance evaluations of staff.
- Staff Morale: Assist in planning staff events and team-building activities, creating an engaging and supportive work environment. Facilitate meetings, groups, and trainings as required.
- Hiring & Onboarding: Help with recruiting new therapists, conducting interviews, reference checks, and guiding new team members through onboarding and training.
- Outreach & Marketing: Contribute to marketing initiatives and support outreach efforts to expand FWC’s services.
- Work Location: Onsite at least four days a week, full-time.
- Qualifications: California-licensed PhD, PsyD, LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT. Preference for two years post-licensure. This is a W-2 position.
- Skills: Strong initiative, organizational skills, and a commitment to supporting staff development and client care.
- Salary: $78,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience
