How Can I Help You?
I believe mental health is holistic and interconnected with our emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. This perspective shapes both my personal life and my clinical approach, and I enjoy helping clients explore these dimensions to create balance and resilience. In the therapy space, I strive to create a calm, supportive environment and bring a blend of empathy, compassion, humor, and gentle assertiveness to foster connection and insight.
My Philosophy on Mental Health:
My hope for clients is to empower them to access their innate capacity for healing and growth in a safe and supportive setting. I believe strongly in living according to values rather than past hurts, and in building a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. To support clients in reaching their goals, I utilize evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), while also integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), as well as mindfulness based approaches to create an individualized treatment plan.
