I have extensive experience with treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, substance use, relational issues, suicidal ideation, and working through family dynamics. I have lived experience with underrepresented communities such as BIPOC individuals, LGBTQIA+, and more.

My approach to therapy is to meet you where you are at! I try to provide a safe space to process life’s problems, and develop a relationship that cultivates healing and growth, which is a unique process for each client. Building the therapeutic relationship is important in my approach as it allows my clients to feel comfortable untangling the web of problems and emotions that comes with life. You can expect to not only feel comfortable with me, but also to work to uncover the root of the problem!

More About Me…
I am a mom of 4, so if I am not at work, I am usually spending time with my family at the baseball field or football field. I love to spend time outside at the beach, hiking, and recharging under the sun.

Fun Fact!
I love baseball! One of my goals is to visit every baseball stadium in the US. I also love being creative. You might see this in therapy and outside the session.
