Hi, I’m Emily Park, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with several years of experience as a therapist. I felt called to this work because I genuinely love partnering with others in helping them reach their goals. Having experienced anxiety and depression at different points in my own life, I deeply understand the impact of being truly seen, heard, and supported, and the powerful role a caring therapeutic relationship can play in healing.
As a San Diego native, I’ve always felt a strong appreciation for the military community and their service. I’m grateful to combine that appreciation with my passion for helping others. While I enjoy working with a diverse range of clients, I specialize in working with trauma, PTSD, and anxiety within the military population.
