Weekly Topics Include:

Week 1: Understanding relational boundaries, their function and purpose in your life
Week 2: Exploring mindfulness techniques to learn how to move away from unhealthy situations and increase awareness
Week 3: Reviving your relationships by setting boundaries and practicing effective communication
Week 4: Finding your voice and creating personal space
Week 5: Using cognitive behavioral techniques to understand your thoughts and beliefs that impact your relationships
Week 6: Empowering the self by learning how to trust your own perceptions and feelings

*Space Is limited. Please reserve in advance. Must pay in full for 6-week session to hold place. A minimum of 4 participants is needed to run the group and the group will max out at 12 participants.
