Booking Policies
Cancellation Policy
- Cancel more than 30 days before the event for a full refund (less any fees)
- Cancel between 30 and 7 days before = 50% refund (less fees)
- Cancel less than 7 days prior = no refund
- All bookings are subject to a 24‑hour grace period for free cancellation (if within 24 hours of booking confirmation but at least 48 hours before the event)
Cleanliness
Leave the room in a clean, orderly state and dispose of trash in provided bins.
Rules & Safety:
Guests must follow our house policies and respect the space. (We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings that violate rules or damage property.)
