Although we understand that getting stuck or off the path may not be any fault of your own, we team up with you to get you back to where you want to be; all the while creating a sense of freedom within and peace for your soul. We are trained in a number of evidence-based practices that are proven to be effective in helping you work towards your goals. Our group focuses on being inclusive and affirming. We welcome LGBTQ+, BIPOC, those who are Disabled or differently-abled and create a space to be you in whatever form that is.
