I am here to meet you where you are without judgement. Together, we will identify your needs and goals. I use a Person-Centered, Humanistic approach to build a strong foundation for the work we are going to do together. Every person is unique, so we will work together to meet your needs. I utilize Strengths-Based approaches, mindfulness techniques, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, PTSD, life transitions, stress, relationship trouble, depression, etc. I believe in collaboration and working towards you living your happiest and healthiest life.
My Philosophy on Mental Health:
We can all use a safe space to process, vocalize, and express ourselves fully authentically. It is important to feel safe, heard, and have trust with the right therapist. Therapy is the support piece that can guide us to our fullest potential. I believe you have the strength and knowledge within yourself, and I am excited to help bring that to the surface.
More About Me…
Outside of therapy, I love to stay active by going to workout classes, going to the beach, or walking in the San Diego sunshine. I also enjoy reading a good book on the couch, quality time with my friends and family, and travelling to new cities.

The coolest trip I’ve ever taken was a safari in Africa!
