Beginning therapy can bring up a lot of questions—and that’s completely normal. Whether you’re curious about the process, wondering what to expect in your first session, or looking for info about fees and scheduling, we’ve got you covered. Yes! Many of our therapists offer secure telehealth sessions, giving you the flexibility to access support from the comfort of your home.

You can contact us to schedule a consultation or to ask questions about which therapist might be a good fit. We’ll guide you through the process of matching with a therapist and scheduling your first session.

We are an out-of-network provider, which means we do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Every plan is different, so we encourage you to check with your provider about out-of-network benefits.

Session rates vary slightly by therapist. Our standard rates range from $150–$220 per 50-minute session. Some therapists offer sliding scale spots based on availability. Please inquire during your initial consultation.

We recommend reading through our Meet the Team page to learn about each therapist’s approach and specialty areas. If you’re unsure, reach out! We’re happy to help you find the right fit.

Your first session is a chance to get to know your therapist, share what brings you in, and begin setting goals together. There’s no pressure to share everything right away—it’s okay to go at your own pace.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Your therapist will review this policy with you during intake.

Yes. What you share in session is kept private, with a few legal exceptions (such as safety concerns). We’re committed to creating a safe, judgment-free space for healing.

Our goal is to help you live without the weight of shame, fear, doubt, or sadness. With the right support, what once felt like an insurmountable problem becomes a challenge you’re empowered to meet.
