Mindfulness for Calm

In Workshop #2, you’ll dive into the essence of mindfulness, learning how to integrate powerful mindfulness practices into your daily routine.

Anxiety and Focus Management

In Workshop #3, you'll learn powerful techniques to manage anxiety and improve your attention, such as body scan and breath counting exercises.

CBT for Anxiety

In Workshop #4, you'll explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected and learn practical skills to challenge and change negative thinking patterns.

Letting Go of Control

In Workshop #5, you'll explore mindfulness exercises, guided meditations, and the powerful Circle of Control exercise to help you distinguish between what you can control and what you can let go.

Setting Healthy Boundaries

In Workshop #6, you'll learn how to set and maintain healthy boundaries across different aspects of your life, from work to family and friendships.
