Come learn ABOUT NUTRITION AND HOW IT CAN IMPROVE YOUR MOOD IN A SMALL GROUP SETTING.
The food you eat greatly effects your brain chemistry and in turn your mood. Learn to identify foods that may be having a negative impact on your health and the nutrients to include in your diet to make you feel better. This group is led by, Vanessa Imus, RD from Integrated Nutrition. Vanessa is an experienced dietitian focused on giving you the education and tools to make dietary changes that will positively affect your mood and well-being.
